aussiming there is no change in internal energy,

the work done is the heat transferred....

m = density x volume = 1000kg/m^3 x 0.2 = 200kg
q = mc(t2-t1)
= 200 x 1 (25-21)

q = 800 cal (heat transferred) = 3352 J (work done)
