My son had spots on his nostril that have been lighter than his skin and that i requested my surgeon and he informed me that it used to be simply that when he was in the womb that his skin used to be opening to grow again and that it used to be his physique peeling off the lifeless epidermis and making new dermis sincerely....As for the purple spots it would be baby zits..My son additionally had this and i've discovered that just leaving it the heck by myself made it clear a lot turbo( with the occasional warm wet fabric wash...However do not scrub!)

My daughter, now 33 years old and beautiful, had lots of these little fat deposits on her face and in her armpits! I was horrified, but my Dr. assured me it was temporary, and it was, by the time she was 1 they were ALL GONE!
