okay when i was in 4 grade 5 and 6 i was like really mean to this guy ...and ive' been wanting to tell him sorry this is what i wanna say... hey__ im sorry i was so mean in 4 grade 5 and 6..and i wannna start over as being friends...does it sound like if im telling him i like him? or does it sound stupid?

How about just saying, " I have had some time to rethink some things and I never realized how mean I was to you and I am very sorry." That is all you have to say. If he accepts your apology, then hold out your hand as if to shake his (hopefully he will shake) and re-introduce yourself.

First, you really have to been sincere. Even if there is not any chance that he would want to be friends, an apology would be a step in the right direction to make things right.
If a relationship develops, well and good. But if it doesn't, you will have the pride of wanting to do the right thing by making the apology.

I would say, if you feel it on your heart to say you're sorry, do so. I similarly wanted to apologize to my sixth grade teacher for having been a complete monster to him...I think I was 28 when I got around to doing it. I'm glad I did, because about a year later he died quite unexpectedly. Things we feel, we feel for a reason. Good luck.
