Hi there :)
That's pretty cool, don't you think? I mean that you are getting to experience ghosts, and a lot of people never get that opportunity!
Have you ever believed your home was haunted? Do you know if it could be?
You said you heard it say "Stop Singing" I have also heard a ghosts voice before so I do know exactly how it sounds, it's perfectly clear, out of thin ear and you can hear it in your ears and it sounds exactly like a person alive right next to you, in front of you, or behind you. Very clear as a bell.
My best advice is that you and your friend are probably bringing them to the house. If you are a teen especially. For some reason teens tend to have a certain energy around them that attract ghosts. Most homes with Polterguist activity have a young female or teen in the home.
I don't think it's a scary ghost at your house, just one that prefers it to be quiet.
You could try doing your own ghost investigation, try recording it or seeing if you can capture it on video and submit it to a ghost hunters website. Maybe ask a ghost hunter team to come to your house to help. They don't charge usually.
I wouldn't worry about it, the ghost can't hurt you. If it was a demon type you would know it and I am definately feeling this is nothing like that.
:) I love ghosts. :)

P.S. In my experience talking out loud to ghosts can help. You can ask them to leave like another poster said if you really want it to go... or you can try to calm it down and ask it to stop showing itself, and ask that it doesn't scare you and ask that it doesn't talk to you... it should stop. Most seem to respond positively to communication.

I reside to inform the story a tuition campus and it looks i've a ghost that wanderes among rooms, I live in mississippi, It began in my room and then I started paying attention to different females speakme approximately an same matters going down of their rooms. The tale of the room even though is that a few relatively indicate women wherein watching to play a prank on one more lady and close and locked her in her own locker, and no one might get the locker open. By the factor that that they had gotten a lock smith into the room the woman had died. I head this tale strieght from a employees on campus who lived proper right here a long time. It does very wierd matters, i generally see it status within the window at night time time whilst ever the room is empty and that i move by way of the outside window. But it certainly hasn't touched any individual however, i do not suppose they're detrimental.

I have two suggestions:
1. Try to eliminate all reasonable explanations for what's happening. Was someone else in the house when you were singing? Maybe a neighbor was upset from the noise?
2. Check into the history of your home and the area you live in. Most reported hauntings revolve around a tragic event located in or near the home.

Unless you're willing to bring a professional in, it's best not to "mess" with that kind of thing. People who are inexperienced and have brought in Ouiji boards in or tried to "talk" a spirit out by themselves have ended up having problems.
My apartment building was built on a Native American burial ground so I believe in this sort of thing. Skeptics have come into my house and left believers. Best to just leave it alone and if worse comes to worst, and things start getting too creepy for you, burn some white sage and incense it around your home and that should appease anything that may be happening. (nothing negative can come from the white sage)

Were you talking about anything like that at that time that may have made you and your friend be thinking about it? Sometimes if your acting like theres something going on you can rely phyco your self up. As far as making it stop- use positive thinking. This is kind of tricky but if you think to yourself that you dont see it and you dont hear it the issues may just wear away....its worth a try.

you can either try counseling. Or you and your friend can confront the ghost. Weird things used to happen in my house, especially in my room. There used to be an old gray figure, very cold and it would breath down my neck telling me to get out. i was taken to a psychiatrist, the guy clearly didn't care what i had to say. I decided to confront the ghost, i told it that i haven't done anything, to leave me alone, and that the house is fine. It hasn't shown up since.

You should research the history of your home or the contents of your home, is there an old piece of furniture that might be the source? If your apparition is capable of influencing your daily life then that is a problem and you should talk to your family about it. Depending on your beliefs and customs there are different ways of dealing with this. But make sure you document everything!

=P my boyfriends house is haunted too. I just make him go everywhere with me at night lol.
Don't be scared, think about it. What could this ghost possibly do to you? Do you know any information about your house, like maybe if an older person had died before you moved in, or if anything bad has happened in it?
Chances are, you'll be fine =] It's just a spirit, that can't hurt you.
