If so, how did you do it?

I would try a bath. If baby needs to be in the room stick him/her in the car seat and just take a shower.

I did it once and it was VERY slippery and so that made it a dangerous situation - plus baby didn't like water spray in her face and in the shower it is hard to avoid, even if it is just a little bit. If you still want to try I would recommend wrapping a small towel around the baby so that you have a good grip - just something like a hand towel or a large washcloth but I wouldn't do it if I were you.

i have showered with all 4 girls. i hold them with their back to my belly clean them off and then hand the baby to my fiancee and he hands me the next baby. i have 2 sets of twin girls. maddy and kenzie are 13 months and cassy and chelsea are 4 months. we do this shower thing when we are in a rush to get somewhere. makes cleaning alot faster. 6 showers within a half hour. takes about 2 hours bathing the babies alone. so ahalf hour as opposed to 2 hours sounds pretty damn good.

The best way to shower with your baby is to put a towel between you and baby because the water will make the baby very slippery, but the towel will help keep him in place.

is this a question because your place your living has no tub and only shower ?? If so... you have to be extremely careful... his/her little body can become very slippery in shower..hard to hang on baby.... try laying towel in bottom of shower with baby face down.... that way he/she doesnt get shower water splashing in his face... wash him up carefully ..rinse... while laying on floor of shower..too dangerous holding him.... and then maybe hand him to someone to dry off.. geez....thats a hard question...if he/she is small enough cant you bathe him in the sink...... with a soft towel underneath him... ??? really dont think it is a good idea showering a infant.... too much risk !

my daughte was 3 months old before i took a shower with her, but my partner was home, so when i was done washing her he took her out so i could wash myself. However, the baby is extremely slippery while all soaped up in your arms,so you just have to be really careful, its a little frightening at first, but once you get use to handling them in the shower it becomes easier.

I waited until my daughter was older but it is so hard because they are so slippery. I took a bath with my daughter but only when my husband was home to help get her out so I could get out and dry off too.

I wouldn't. I did take a baths with my babies a few times. That was nice. But don't fill the tub too much and be very very careful.

I would say no. It's not safe and besides the little one would much rather have a soothing bath than water hitting it's little body.

I would say, its way too early for that and dangerous.
