You could use the house number in the name. For instance, if the address was 632 High St., you could call it "Club 632" at the corner of High and Beech. After a night out in a college watering hole, it sounds cooler to say, "I'm heading over to Club 632" than it does to say, "I'm going home". You can refer to it as an "after hours joint" and it should be easy to cajole a group of girls to join you and your housemates to party.
