Ill tell you! Building 7 was demolished in a controlled demolision on the day of 9/11 as it was deemed unsafe by its owner larrry silverstein , also owner of the twin towers. there is NO refuting that claim as larry s was intervied and he said "i had the building pulled"

NOW the twin towers have just fallen WHO has the time or the inclination to wire up a 40 storey building (no7) and blow it up......any demolishion company will tell you it takes days ,if not weeks to wire up a building and then "pull it". THEREFORE building 7 MUST HAVE been wired up before hand. IF IT WAS THEN SO WERE THE TWIN TOWERS !!!! Huge hole in the 9/11 story that was overlooked in the inquiry/white wash

(excuse the spelling i was tying very fast!)

It is the baseline for a wacky conspiracy theory that 9/11 was staged and controlled by the U.S. Before you go off on a flurry of "OMGs" at this knowledge, let me also say that this conspiracy theory, including the "Building 7" nonsense, has been disproven and debunked by reputable scientists over and over again. Even staunch opponents of Bush, like comedian Bill Maher, admit that the 9/11 conspiracy theory is BS.

Nevertheless, there are still people who hold on to this hypothesis, just like there are people today who still believe the Earth is flat, that Santa Claus still exists, and that evolution is a lie.

Conspiracy theorists like to point out that WTC7 collapsed even though it wasn't hit by a jet, so maybe it was a "controlled demolition"

However, they usually forget the following:

Even though they were NOT hit by the jets, numerous buildings over a wide area were hit by debris from the collapsing towers and were destroyed.

This includes: The Marriott World Trade Center , 6 World Trade Center, 5 World Trade Center, 4 World Trade Center, and St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church (which wasn’t even in the WTC complex). The Deutsche Bank Building was also outside the WTC complex & was massively damaged, and was declared a total loss in 2004.

As for WTC 7:
According to NIST "On about a third of the face to the center and to the bottom — approximately 10 stories — about 25 percent of the depth of the building was scooped out." See http://www.popularmechanics.com/technology/military_law/1227842.html?page=5#wtc7

WTC7 was only 400 feet from WTC1. Since WTC1 is over 1300 feet tall, as they pealed away, the large perimeter columns from WTC1 struck WTC7 & many other buildings with terrific force due to their high starting position. Archival photos shows perimeter columns lying on the ground up to WTC7. http://www.debunking911.com/pull.htm

In addition, WTC7 was built straddling a Con-Edison substation. This meant that its walls had to carry a tremendous amount of force and were vulnerable to impact. In addition, WT7 contained numerous fuel tanks for generators, some holding 6000 gallons of fuel, & this contributed to its destruction.

Finally, at least 6 fires started in WTC7, each of which was described as “large” but there was no water to fight them. The fires were left to burn because the building started to lean and firefighters decided it was too dangerous to enter.

Workers testified that the east side slumped, then collapsed, pulling the rest of the building with it.
=======================
Silverstein and "pull it"

Silverstein never ordered WTC7 to be demolished by saying “pull it.”

1. “Pull it” is not a demolition term and experts in demolition say they never heard of the phrase “pull it” to mean demolish a building (Pop Mech, “Debunking 9/11” p.57)

2. Actually, “pulling” men out is a firefighter term and this is what Silverstein meant. He issued a statement on 9/5/2005 saying he only meant to pull firefighters out of a dangerous situation since WTC7 was leaning at this point.

3.. In addition, NIST said there was “no evidence that the collapse of WTC7 was caused by bombs, missles, or controlled demolition.” (PM, p.58)

4. Demolition expert Brett Blanchard, from implosionworld.com explains:

"We have never once heard the term "pull it" being used to refer to the explosive demolition of a building, and neither has any blast team we've spoken with."

It was a storage of documents facility for the FBI and CIA, dodgy documents with sensitive details of the 911 attacks. a controlled explosion alledgedly brought it down for obvious reasons...
