Eats lots of proteins and grains, along with fruits and veggies, and the occasional bowl of ice cream or chocolate brownie of course. Try adding extra olive oil to pasta or using 2 percent instead of skim milk and things like that to bump up healthy fats.

As long as you are taking your prenatal pills and getting plenty of fluids I wouldn't worry too much. Your doctor would let you know if there was something to worry about. It will take about a week for your body to get back to normal as far as eating and gaining weight. You can wait until Monday to call her.

I'm not gaining either my starting weight was 68.4kg my current weight at 18 week pregnant is 68.5kg i should have gained a whole lot more by now and i have no idea whats causing it
