well, there were a couple of times when i was a kid where the people in the room / apartment next door were noisy - although not in the way u are thinking of. it was the noise of shouting or partying that kept me awake.
as for me keeping others awake, well, it's possible. i used to have a long distance relationship with a guy who was still living with his parents (well, we were only 21 at the time), and when i used to visit him, we stopped overnight in a hotel.. i'd be surprised if we didn't disturb someone at some point - especially considering that one night i managed to rip the wooden headboard off the wall (lol - no prizes for guessing what we were up to )

We have and believe it or not it was in Blackpool when there was a brass band contest on,they were fighting in lumps in our hotel,we got 50% of our bill and they drowned out all the noise we we're making lol

No, but did once call on a neighbouring room cos the key was in the door, knocked on, no answer, twice, went in, and they were in the bed behind the door...er....busy! lol They still don't know I went in!

Yes, he was a vampire, who was slaughtering young maidens and drinking their blood from dusk until dawn. We called the Police who came around and staked him out!
