Is it possible to go to the Dr and have a transvaginal ultrasound done, not tell them you could be 7-8 weeks pregnant and they miss it?? I also had a blood test done and it was negative. Could I be pregnant and them not see the gestational sac this far along if they weren't looking for it?

If you have a transvaginal ultrasound done, for reasons other than pregnancy, and you ARE 7-8 weeks pregnant, it would not be missed. At 4 weeks, we can see a gestational sac within the endometrium of the uterus (center of the uterus). At 6 weeks, we can see a fetal pole. By 8 weeks, the gestational sac measures 29mm (or 1.14 inches). This is very noticable, and would not be missed.

You can see what a 7-8 week pregnancy looks like, on ultrasound, at the following links. You can see that even an untrained eye would see a pregnancy:

It would be near impossible for them to not see the sac and for your bloodtest to be negative and for you to still be pregnant. Sorry.

no. Blood tests aren't wrong. And as far as the ultrasound, they know what they're looking at....not likely they would miss it.
