yesterday on the news they stated a celebrity's kid (don't remember the celebrity's name) had chicken pox and spreaded it 2 another kid whose parents are also celebrity's. What was the point of this story?? why come my kids are not on the new when he/she is sick!!!

Maybe the importance is that even though the parents are celebrities and can afford it, they still didn't bother to vaccinate their children against chicken pox? It can be very dangerous for adults to get , especially pregnant women.

i think becuz its annoying hearing about other celebrities and the media knows this. so they try to make celebrities sound more " normal" and show the bad sides, like celebrity baby chicken pox... either that or they really don'thave nothing better to do

cuz we are just ordinary low 'men' on the totem pole and nobody really cares enough unless it is really big, then there is a big deal made, even though people will forget the story an hour after the news broadcast....

people are obsessed with people with money.
im sick, my friend is sick, heck people are dying of sick everyday and its not on the news. i think that the news channel needs to get some REAL news that will actually help the world

Well...the kids on the news are CELEBRITY`S kids.And maybe they put it on there because they couldnt find anything else to put on.LOL

news stations can't find any good stories, so they settle for lame ones. i agree with you, it's really stupid. the people at the news station are just making sure they get their paychecks!
