If it's happening at school it is the schools obligation to keep your daughter safe. Tell the principal or guidance counselor and give them a chance to handle it. It sounds as if the other child has issues they need to be made aware of, pronto.

The only thing that comes to mind is to contact the girl's parents. I'm hesitant to say that because at 13, there's a good chance the girl isn't out to her parents but if your daughter is literally being stalked and it's not just an obvious crush, I think I would have to say something. Your loyalty in the situation goes to your daughter, obviously. Basically, do whatever you would do if it was a boy. If it's bad enough that you feel you need to let the school know, then do it.

You need to contact your daughter's school immediately! She has the right not to be threatened. I agree somewhat with the poster who said the "stalker's" parents may not know she is gay but that isn't the concern moreso than this young girl is stalking your child so if need be get her parents involved. Try to have a discussion that includes both school officials and the girl's parents.

Tell the school, tell the girl's parents, and if these measures don't work talk to the police. There are laws in all fifty states and most of the rest of the world against this type of stalking. The stalker seems to be in intense need of therapy.
I was stalked by a woman when I was in my 50's and it was terrifying to me, she'd stand on my front lawn and scream at me about how much she loved me and the terrible things she was going to do to my loved ones if I didn't date her. i had to call the authorities about her before she stopped

Its like my first love with my crush when I was 14. I know your concern about your daughter, but you need to know that the stalker has a trully madly deeply love with your daughter, then if you are a good person with sympathy, plase talk to the stalker too, because she's soo suffering too...make her understand, if she denial...at least you already do the right thing.

NOW you can file charges as follows:
1 sexual harassment
2 verbal assault
3 stalking

if left unchecked, the rap sheet can, (and likely will), include:

1 SEXUAL ASSAULT
2 ASSAULT or AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
3 RAPE

and possibly:

MURDER

the last 4 being federal offenses, the state could elect to charge the girl as an adult, and conviction of murder means possible life imprisonment &/or death row.

if it was my daughter, the stalker girl would b havin som legal issues right now. if it was a guy over 18, well, he'd hav 2 take his case to satan after i send hiz @ss 2 hell

Maybe you should speak with the girl and your daughter first. Find out exactly what is going on and depending on the outcome the parents or parent need to be called it.

I think you care less about the fact that your daughter is being stalked than you do about the fact that the stalker is gay.
You're repulsive.

I think that you and her should talk to a counselor about this, see what they have to say about it, discuss it with close friends and family as well, they can share good advice, and you know you can trust them.

...i know that if that were my child and i have one who is 15, were getting stalked, i would ask him/her what their sexual preference is and take it from there, perhaps they dont mind, i'm curious as to what you're daughters feelings were as i was unclear from your question, if it is otherwise, i would definitely have it reported, at least on file...good luck!!!
