My pc said Microsft has updates ready for your computer, so I downloaded the updates...now everytime I close my internet, I get an error and it asks me to report the error. Each time I do it. Also my tool bar has changed and I hate it!! How do I get my old settings back and how do I stop it from the error when closing? I have already tried the system restore on my pc, and that did not work......HELP!!

Why don't you download the free version of Superantispyware and when installed, type in your home page so that the software will protect the your home page from changes: Example, http://www.yahoo.com Then run a complete indepth scan. You may have a trojan or nasty spyware. This program will not conflict with your existing antivirus/antispyware software.
Known to find what all other antispyware misses.
http://www.superantispyware.com (Some spyware or trojans are so nasty that the software may tell you to reboot so that the infection is 100% clean. You will also get daily auto. updates with the free version I use this software myself.

Go look for more updates.
Quite often the updates themselves need updates.
