You can look at ebay to get a used one, usually there's manuals there for a reasonable price.
The local dealer can order one for you, they may even have one there that they'd be willing to give a good price on, though chances are slim.
OR, you can order one from Chrysler at http://www.techauthority.daimlerchrysler.com/ for about $20 plus shipping.

From Chrysler's website you can only download a free owners manual for vehicles 2004 or newer.
However the website says you can buy them for most older vehicles as far back as 1995

Ebay is good, and sometimes if you're roaming thru a junkyard, you can find them still in the glovebox.
