really?...30 minutes?....well even for half of that...not really normal...he must have some parking lot rule that he goes by...does he have other funny things he does?....

...some guys I have dated...seems like they at first seem nice and normal....soon they show all their quirks and hangups...think the more you get to know them...you would learn some nice things...usually though guys are crazier than girls about everthing....

...so how do you handle having to go through the parking lot thing on your bf?...ever say...it doesn't have to be the best parking spot.....?or does he insist on finding a certain parking spot ?

Does he also circle his bed before turning in at night? I work in Yosemite natl. park, and everyday I will see people circling the parking lot til they get a spot as close to the trailhead as possible. Then once parked, they will spend the day hiking all over the place. Figure that one out. Then we have the hikers who have their hundred dollar camelback water dispenser, expensive GPS unit, expensive hiking shoes, expensive walking sticks that even glows in the dark, plus everything else hikers use. They will then get on the tram and ride all the way. The only hiking they do is the couple hundred feet to and from the parking lot.

No, it's lazy. Tell him to park and let you both walk. It's better for you than wasting 30 minutes of gasoline. It's the thrill of the hunt for him, probably. He wants to feel strong and powerful for having found that ideal spot. You can even tell him that you like the way he walks and when you park farther out, you get to feel "close" to him by walking by his side..and sneaking a peek at his backside in jeans. That should make him park more quickly.

No it's not. He's obsessive and maybe a little too self-important. Tell him to let you out at the door, since he's gonna drive around anyway, because your time is important too.

No its stupid. Tell him to park wherever and his lazy butt can walk the extra 100 feet, he could probably use the exercise.

you should have him drop you off at the door, and by the time he finds a space, you'd be done shopping.
