Start a 'grocery list' and add it to it. You just tell her. Write her a note if you need to or send her an email.

really its not like your asking her to buy you smokes its easy just say mom i need some more pads or there will be period all over the place

Your mum will understand completely, and its the most natural thing in the world to happen to teenage girls! She will be chuffed that her daughter can ask her for anything, and probably keep plenty in stock from now on!
