I know a few different ways like:
sticking a spoon under your pillow
leaving the window open an inch
wearing pajamas inside-out
flushing ice cubes down the toilet
but does anyone have different methods?

Why? Messing with the weather is pretty heavy stuff - the precipitation has to come from somewhere else, after all.... you could be doing some damage to other parts of the world by trying to force snow... if you were even successful...
