Its fine to let her sleep, if she's uncomfortable with wind she will wake up and cry about it! You might find she does a little spit up in her sleep though.
Yes it is better to burp after each feed, but though our daughter has reflux and can have problems with wind, there were many times she went straight to sleep after a feed and slept really well! As she isn't a very good sleeper, I felt it better to let her sleep when she did!

The books all say you should burp your baby once halfway through a feeding and then again right afterward. But honestly, I didn't burp my son after feedings when he fell asleep. I'd sit him up a little bit or hold him so he was more upright than lying down, but I wouldn't actively try to make him burp. Sometimes he would, sometimes he wouldn't. He would always wake up and cry if I tried to burp him the way they say you're supposed to.

The best thing for her belly is to burp her after each feeding, to get the gas out of her belly that she consumed while eating.
Do you burp mid-way through the bottle?
You said that sometimes she goes right to sleep. Does she wake up screaming and burp shortly after you pick her up?
If so, than she definitely needs to be burped.

YES.
She cannot sit up on her own nor force a burp out yet. My baby would holler if she didn't get the burps out (They need to burp twice at least before they're done).
Also, don't worry, NB's sleep a lot, baby will just go back to sleep.
Any way, I had my baby on a schedule , feed every 2-1/2 to three hours, keep the baby up as long as possible w/ a newborn-which is hard because they are so sleepy. THEN put them down for a nap. Think about it, we adults are not supposed to sleep after eating, why are you doing this to your baby?

If you use a bottle-burp after every 2 ounces--otherwise gas will form and baby will get a belly ache--If she falls asleep--still burp her otherwise gas will cause pain when she is sleeping. If nursing still burp when you flip from right to left side. Also, by waking her up to burp, she will eat more and then sleep longer.

Yes you should burp her because if you don't she will get a lot of colic's(gas) and that will keep her awake and crying. At least burp her Every other feeding. Congratulations

you should try to burp her for a few minutes, new borns cant always bring up the gas themselves, and she may end up waking up with a belly ache or spit up. she will get use to the routine, my daughter continues to fall asleep while we are burping her. try a more comfortable burping position for her. maybe sitting her up, over your shoulder, over your leg or arm.

Yes! Your convenience comes way behind the baby"s. Once during and then after. The baby will learn the routine and sleep longer once learned.
