Address the conflict within it that is disturbing ones Peace. This is done via competent psychotherapy. By competent I mean by someone properly trained in working within the Esoteric MIND realm.
How many are thus trained today? Perhaps one in ten thousand professionals realize that the brain and MIND represent two separate realms of vibrational energy. Of this number, perhaps one in a hundred thousand is Knowledgeable regarding the MIND realm and how one properly eliminates conflicts from within it.
Many will offer almost endless behavioral ideas as to what one needs to do to achieve Peace. Peace is the natural state of being and being without Peace is due to ones MIND being in conflict. Since the brain cannot perceive the MIND, and the MIND cannot perceive ones Spiritual realm - wherein Peace exists - and the behavioral scientist only knows the brain.... how do we trust such a person with our need for Peace?
Peace

Talking to someone is an important first step to take, to find out what's at the root of the problem. Then try and find a way of sorting things out. Otherwise, make sure you eat properly - it's easy to neglect your diet when stressed. I find listening to music or reading helps usually. There are things that you can buy over the counter that may help. I personally use Bach Flower Rescue Remedy, which I find helps. Chamomile teas is also good as it can help with insomnia. I hope this helps and that you soon find answers to your problems.

swim with dolphins. The minute you go into the water with them a total sense of euphoria and calm comes over you. I swam with them and the experience was wonderful. I was on a high all day.

Yoga,Tci-Gun and all sorts of meditation. The simpler method is watching The Secret or having a perfect friend who will make it all better like I do in my life.

Wasn't there something in the bible that said something like: "God give me strength to change the things I can, courage to get through what I can't and wisdom to know the difference"? Or was that my mum?!

Relax. Don't take alcohol. slot in your best song or jazz if you like and just listen while lying on your bed looking at the ceiling.
