Is it getting power? Running but not building pressure? You may not have the wand, hose or nozzle properly seated. If it is not running at all check the power cable and outlet. No power to the outlet? Look for a tripped GFCI or circuit breaker.

Sounds like the pump is bad...I rebuilt mine and lasted few years then it went out completly and I ordered a whole new pump online...still was cheaper than buying a whole new pressure washer! If you bought a used one on ebay "as-is" you may have a lemon and you may be screwed..if it was new, contact the seller most sellers will work towards a solution especially if it was new! good luck!

if this is a gas powered pressure washer there is an adjustment at the hose connection called the load or pressure control valve. connect the water start the unit and adjust the valve this contains a spring which will either increase or decrease the pressure at discharge. if this does not work you may need a new pressure pump.

Your first mistake was buyng it on E-Bay. I've been through this with so many of their dealers trying to get rid of stuff they can't sell I quit buying from them. I've had many friends tell me the same thing.
Go to a Hinda dealer now and ask them if they can correct the problem, you can send a copy of the bill to the dealer but, don't hold your breath waiting for an answer.
