I've seen many brochures for UC schools but I cannot seem to obtain information about the English programs of those schools.

Berkeley.
Not only do they have the best English Literature program in the UC system -- they have the top rated program in the US.
The fact is that any of the UC schools will have a good English program.

at first, UC San Diego is greater perplexing to get into than Irvine. It is going like this: Berkeley, l. a., San Diego and Davis are tied, yet San Diego is greater perplexing to get into, Irvine, Santa Barbara, Riverside, Santa Cruz, Merced. Your stats seem terrific. great, severe GPA, severe SAT. i could advise positions of management, as colleges truly seem for that. verify you proper a good essay too. different than that, it form of seems such as you're doing great! in keeping with possibility if something, greater social extracurriculars like activities or human beings interacting issues.

All the UCs do, but I'd recommend Berkeley to you

I can't help you with that university but cheers on going into English :D I'm doing that and I've never enjoyed myself more!
I'm kinda sorry I'm graduating this month...
