Unfortunately, some of the words suggested so far are not even words. And no doubt you've discovered that if you want a PERFECT rhyme, the choices are VERY limited.. -- to one word!

"toasty" (boasty and roasty, for example, are not real words)

So you might want to consider rewriting the line to allow you to rhyme with a word that offers more possibilities.

OR you might (as poets often do) try the best "NEAR" rhyme you can find (in which MOST of the sounds match).

Here are the ones I've found (again, not many):

mostly, ghostly
closely, grossly
folksy

Maybe as the words suggested so far are not that relevant to coast guards, you could change the rhyme a little.

Perhaps...

A unique card
From an amateur bard
congratulating the new coast guard

then you have more rhyming choices...hard, shard, award etc

Congrats to your daughter and good luck with your composition.

Mostly, Costly, Sugary. Y and e sound the same at the end of a word. Floatie, Dearie. Carroty!

postie, Hostie (a place), ghosty
There are other no real words that rhyme, but you could make up your own word like:
eg, mosty, toasty, roasty, foremosty
Or, you could add 'ly' instead:
eg, mostly
