Absolutely...like others stated keep baby bundled up. Under your coat is better since your body heat will keep her regulated and you'll know if baby is overheating. Otherwise keep a heavy blanket over the carseat so that baby is nor breathing cold air and you'll be just fine.
The day we were released from the hospital last month it was only about 43 degrees outside and extremely windy. Today we're actually down to freezing and it's snowing.

It is fine as long as they are bundled up and keep a blanket over them while they are outside. I had my kids out the day we came home from the hospital. They are fine!! Congrats on the new baby. Good luck to you and your family.

Yes, it's fine. If you tuck him into a sling under your coat, he'll be warm and comfy. My daughter was born in the winter, and I began walking with her every day as soon as I could.

yes, as long as she is dressed warm enough, i did used a baby sling and put her inside my coat, with it half zippered. So she could get some fresh air and she would be warm enough

He/she needs to be wrapped up good and not be outside for that long.
