You have lost me with the question. Double click My Computer to show all your drives, put the CD in your CD ROM and Right click the CD ROM in My Computer, then click PLAY if it is music, or OPEN if it is pictures..

Depends, but it might be as simple as opening the CD from the My Computers page that lists the drive name. If not, but you can see folders on the opened CD, navigate until you find a bunch of .JPG picture files. Then one of the possible short-cut tasks is to display all pictures as a slide show.
IF you cannot open the picture CD, you might need something special to read it. That would then depend on what wrote it.
