No- it's no more OK than if he was the one beating you. If he makes you that mad, then the two of you don't need to be together. Honestly- you need help, or jail time whichever comes first- and he deserves somebody that will treat him better. There's never a good reason to hit someone that you swore to love. I really hope that he puts you in jail, divorces you, and finds a GOOD woman. And I hope that one day you end up with someone that beats the sh*t out of you.

Any kind of domestic abuse or domestic violence is wrong. It doesn't matter if it's the man, the woman or both who are doing it. It is still a crime, and in a perfect world, you would be doing jail time right now. Your husband has every right to leave, and has shown remarkable patience and restraint up to this point.

Your husband is obviously a good man, and cares about you; he probably doesn't want to get the police involved. But what he doesn't understand is that there is a big difference between forgiving someone, and ENABLING them!

My suggestion to you is first, NEVER LAY A FINGER ON YOUR HUSBAND AGAIN! If you feel the urge to become violent, or verbally abusive, run away! Get out of the house, and away from the situation until you can calm down, and act and think rationally.

Secondly, I suggest you talk to a counselor, or a Psychiatrist, and consider taking anger management classes. You obviously have some serious problems with anger, aggression, and self-restraint. Perhaps you were seriously physically or verbally abused in the past, by friends or family.

Third I suggest you read the book "Why They Kill," by Richard Rhodes.

This book has some deep insights into the origins and causes of social violence, abuse, and criminal behavior.

Good Luck,

His 8 minute beating of his daughter, merely solved any and all doubt in my strategies that he's not qualified to manage and or adjudicate situations in a courtroom of regulation. Is it OK for your husband to beat the crap out of you for pissing him off? NO. Does he have the right to leave you? Yes. Why would anyone want to stay in a relationship if they continually are berated. If I was your husband I would be out of there so fast you would hear the tires squealing before you realized I was gone. See you some night on COPS.

what is wrong with you? of course it wrong to beat your husband. It is wrong to physically and verbally abuse anyone. You have some issues you need to take care of, you should see a psychologist or a therapist to deal with your rage, and communication issues. how would you feel if he beat the crap out of you cause you pissed him off? And you laugh about it. you are literally disturbed. He does have the right to press charges, and he does have the right to leave you. He deserves someone who doesn't treat him the way you do.

You know, this is a double standard. If your husband was beating the crap out of you, he'd be in jail. That is where you should be. The HEHE remark shows you have no remorse. I think he should leave you quickly. This is really absurd. I can't believe that anyone would side with you on this one. Anyone with any morals, anyway

You are breaking your wedding vows, by being mean to your husband. You promised to love, honor and cherish him. You need to read 1 Corinthians Chapter 13 in the Holy Bible and find out what love really is. Then you will be better able to love your husband the way God intends for you to.

You should treat your husband, like you want to be treated. Be kind, caring, selfless, sharing, tolerant, patient, understanding, giving, have unconditional love, be slow to anger and quick to forgive.

If you're husband is talking about leaving.....maybe you should stop taking everything as a joke and listen to what he has to say.
