My step-mom and dad decided that for one of the quads (2 girls and 2 boys) they like the name (for one of the girls): Janie. They need a middle name please. Thank you.

some other nice names are Jordan, Spicer, Campbell, Merrick, Damon, Chloe, Victoria, Molly, Andrew, Marcus, Devlin, Brody, Thomas, Eugene... but remember the name you give your child is a lifelong label so choose wisely

I like the name Jane, possibly with Janie as a nickname, but I don't care for cutesy, childish "Janie" as a given name, I'm afraid. It's just nicer to give a child options as she ages, since one day she may appreciate being able to put "Jane" on her wedding invitations, resumes, office door, etc.
I'd pair that with a longer middle name to balance it out.
