Well, what you can do is see the most viewed articles by a tool called WikiCharts at:

http://hemlock.knams.wikimedia.org/%7Eleon/stats/wikicharts/index.php?wiki=enwiki&ns=articles&limit=100&month=12%2F2007&mode=view

at the end of the page you can change the settings so it displays the top n most viewed pages

you cant, but you can see how many edits a page ahs by veiwing its history
