That usdually means it's time for a little bit of spiritual "house cleaning". Bugs are essentialy nuisances and not direct threats in and of themselves. They indicate that there are little annoying things about you spiritually or emotionally. The significance of your grandson MAY indicate that YOU have some unnoticed feelings about him that your subconscious is finding bothersome (a nuisance, if you will). You need to meditate on what those annoying aspects are. Does he have a habit of tick that YOUR parents used to nag YOU about when you were a child? Have YOU made a conscious effort to overlook that and subconsiously you are annoyed that the child is getting away with what YOU couldn't as a child? We ALL have little things like that which we have squashed down in our minds but they STILL have a way of popping up and usually in our dreams and subconscious. Examing the entire thing from THAT perspective and see if that doesn't help things out a bit. I could, of course, be SO far out in left field that I could be 100% wrong, BUT, it sure won't hurt to do that Spiritual House Cleaning, anyway. LOL

It represents your fears and anxieties are taking over your entire life and about your grandson in particular. You're feeling "overrun" or overwhelmed by it. Something is bothering you, literally, "What's bugging you?"
You need to think if there is some upheaval going on in your life/with your family right now.
See what steps you can take to get a hold of your fears.

You have unadmitted hostility for your grandson and your life in general and wish bugs would devour both.
