It means if you play a country song backwards you get certain things back. They are saying a lot of country songs talk about losing your dog, losing your wife, losing your car, you get a heartattack, and other things. So they are saying if you play these songs backwards you get your wife back or you get you dog back, etc.

Your front porch swing, your pretty little thing, your bling bling bling, and a diamond ring. You get your farm and the barn and the boat and the Harley, the first night in jail with Charlie.
It sounds a little crazy, a little scattered and absurd.. but, that's what you get when you play a country song backwards.

I'm assuming sing you put Rascals in there you mean "country" groups like them. You get the same thing you get playing them forwards, crap.

It reminds me of a joke my uncle once told me. It goes like this...What do you get if you play country music backwards?
Answer=You get your girl back, you get your truck back, you get your dog back, and so on like that.
Its a pun on the fact that country music is always about losing something.
but hey I still love it so whatever.
