When ever i use s-video (PC to TV) and i watch a movie that i have saved on my computer it is all red?

I have nvdia control panel so does any one noe the setting you use to make it a normal color

I have a nvdia control panel. i can watch movie on the internet no problem but when i use a dvd it turns all red you can barely see the ppl in the movie

Check cable . . . IF it's an SVID to SVID cable, make sure output is set as SVID and also matches your TV type (NTSC or PAL, NISC for USA and Canada Pal for most of rest of world)
Also if cable is SVID to RCA U might need to change output mode to COMPOSITE video
