you have asked this question before, or it has been asked before. Since nobody lives there, I will say its the scariest thing I have ever seen? You may get one maybe two answers with knowlege of this angel, but I doubt it, get ready for the hazing answers to start.

Well, I live here so I guess I should answer this one!! : ) The Oakland Cemetery is actually my favorite spot in Iowa City; does that make me weird???
I would say on a scale of 1-10 it gets a creepiness score of 8. It is pretty darn creepy, especially at night. I don't think I would have the guts to go alone!
I have had creepy experiences trying to take photos in that cemetery. The first time, when I got home and tried to upload, the photos disappeared. The second time, my fully charged batteries were drained. The third time, my photos didn't upload again. But the fourth time it worked fine!
When I first saw the angel I didn't even know the story and it still weirded me out a bit.

Ive looked it up before. Like nuff said its come up in this category before.
I dont think its that creepy.
edit: I realize there are a number of stories, and legends about the angel, but without those stories, if you ran into it in a cemetary, would you really think anything special about it?

I had to go to Flickr to look up a photo of it...I actually like it..it has a nice feel about it...what is it that you find creepy about it? I'd really love to know..seriously.
