And is it true that the state with the highest % of refugees in the world is also the one who is the most demonized (by the West and others) in the world, and the state with the highest % of people who came to settle there receives the highest amount of economic & military aid from the USA? If so, what is the logic in this?

I'm not sure about the world, but I know Serbia is the country with the highest % of refugees in Europe. Figures vary greatly, but all estimates agree that between 100 000 - 200 000 people are either refugees, returnees or internally displaced persons, the latter without the refugee status and therefore lacking the corresponding aid from the UN funds.
