How do you get Miley Cyrus to perform at a privet party?

My daughter wants Miley Cyrus to perform at her birthday party. I know I will try to get her Miley Cyrus to perfom or to show up but I just really don't know how!

Unless you have a lot of cash to throw at her record company or management people - and that's assuming you're tight with someone there - good luck with that.
