You need to go to the start menu….. "my computer" add/remove hardware and see SpyBlocker or any programs have been added that you are not aware of. click remove
It might be adware/spyware or a virus. try removing it.
Here are some free websites
AVG anti virus: http://free.grisoft.com/
adaware: http://www.lavasoftusa.com/
spybot search and destroy: http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index...
Superatispware:http://www.superantispyware.com/
I used spybot and superantispyware and that got rid of my problem.
On your browser Go to tools...... internet option...... delete cookies …….delete files and all offline content
From the start menu........got to my computer.......click on the hard drive icon........search file or folder.....all files and folders....A word or phrase in a file........ then paste.....SpyBlocker
.......what ever the computer finds delete

What makes you think the program has "infected" your computer? If the program is not malicious that's probably why McAfee allowed it to be installed.
Is the McAfee software up to date? Does it download definition updates on a regular basis? Does it even protect against spyware or is it just a straight anti-virus solution?
I have not used SpyBlocker but it looks legit from a quick google.

There is a legit program called Spyblocker. I don't think that is what you are seeing though.
Super Antispyware free should identify the source of what I assume are popup ads for the program in question. If it finds zlob or Smitfraud or Spylocked, use the program Smitfraudfix in the second link.
Install Super Antispyware free. Run it in safe mode. Allow it to quarantine whatever it finds.

The legit Spyblocker can be uninstalled using the Add/Remove program.

Go to this site and get a free trial of (Your Uninstaller). http://www.ursoftware.com, this program will normally let you override the problem and also get rides of all the registry keys.
Another thing is McAfee is a pretty good anti-virus but it's not as good as Avast. Go to www.Avast.com and download the avast home edition it's free and to register this software stay on the Avast website click on register fill in a few details.
You will obtain a registration key in your email address.
Hope this information helps you...

Its years since I saw a PC with SpyBlocker on it. However at that time you could delete without any trouble by going to Control Panel>Add or Remove programs and deleting it. There was a few minor items left in the registry but nothing that stopped the PC operating as normal.
