I have seen a cougar on Drummond Island in northern Michigan.

They don't have to be far from urban areas to be seen. I saw one once in the foothills but not more than 45 miles from Seattle. Found the tracks in the snow first or would never have noticed the animal up the ravine side. I went the other way as quickly as I could.

Yes, i live in a very small town in northen ontario and there has been cougar siteings all around my area.
I have seen it once in my back field and it has done no harm to anyone around here or our live stock.
It seems to be a very intesersting animal.

Same with me, I live in North Western Ontario in a very small town (Near Thunder Bay) and have had cougar sightings all around my area.

Yes, there is this bar I go to and there are about 3 to 4 cougars out there stalking their prey. It's an amazing thing to see.......Gets me going watching an older woman licking her chops looking me up and down like I'm her dinner tonight......
