I have a beautiful chair that was my great, great grandfathers final piece as an apprentice. It is in beautiful oak with the original leather seating, his initials are engraved in the wood. I treasure it even though I never knew him. I have my grandmothers bureau, and my other grandmothers wedding, engagement and eternity rings.

Well, I was going to say my hubby--he's 76, but we have a wicker chair that is about 100 years old. Some of his dad's war medals from the 1st and 2nd WW.

Nothing in the real sense of antique.
the oldest thing is a stainless steel spatula bought a couple of years ago.
we don't keep things alot....we don't like junk and we constantly get our home renewed.

My piano...we found the manufacturing date on it the other day and it was made July 23,1901. Kind of cool. I love that thing.
