The fiberglass doesn't actually get into your pores but it gets stuck into your skin like little needles, that's why it itches. The only thing i've seen that might work in such a hot climate is they make protective suits with either chilled air fed into the suit from a remote unit or a battery-operated cooling unit you wear. However, they are expensive. Why don't you contact your employer and see if they will issue you the necessary protective gear for your job. If you stress that it is required because it is a safety issue, they might do something (no gaurrantee though).

The insulation is not really in your pores. It has made tiny cuts on your skin. That is what you are feeling after you shower, not the insulation itself. The only thing that works is prevention so find some long sleeves and gloves you can wear or. There are protective creams you can put on before you start to work that might help a little but they are made more for liquids like paints, oils and such. And they make me sweat more than light cotton clothes.

Long sleeved shirts and long pants are not out of the question. Light, breathable fabric while working with insulation is perfectly FASHIONABLE, even in Miami. Sweat a little or suffer a lot, your choice.
ps...shower with soap and use a washcloth. Maybe some lotion on the exposed area afterward. Good luck.

Cover up or learn to live with the discomfort. I sincerely hope you're using some sort of respiratory protection.
Try these or something similar:
