So to convert from liters(L) to millileters(mL) we do the following:

.075 L x ( 1000 mL / 1 L)

We do this so the L will cancel out and we'll be left with mL.

When you do the math you get:

.075 L = 75mL

1000 ml is 1 liter and so,
0.075 liters is 75 ml or if you mean 0.75 liters, then that's 750 ml.
