I think you can get pregnant in both, because Life Stories is about life, and getting pregnant is basically part of life. Hope I helped!!

Ctrl+shift+c boolprop testingcheatsenabled true. Ctrl+shift+c Setagesims. Ctrl+shift+c moveobjects on Click sim set age teen. Go into buy mode click sim sell sim. Spawn riley's death creator (something like that) Click on the tombstone that spawned and there should be an option that says resurect or create family member. Or something like that. Click through each one until you see your sims name. Therefor he/she should be brought back as a teen able to do adult options. Note:i have not played the game in about a year. Also your sims must start out as adults. This works for sims 2.

Sims 2 and Sims 2 Life Stories are not the same games. They are both stand alone games and do not work together.
I know you can get pregnant on Sims 2 (can even have twins if lucky), do not know about Sims Life Stories.
