To the users Miles and LSU did work out an extension which means he will coach at LSU past the SEC Championship game and past his contract of 2010.
ESPN is like every other media outlet, when they have breaking news they run with it so they can be first regardless of the fact.

They are looking for ratings. Unfortunately, the coach and players may become affected with the misinformation. I saw how pissed Miles was and he has every right to be. I am not a LSU fan either, but I do think he is entitled to being treated respectfully and not used for ratings. ESPN must really be desperate to report false information like that . I am not sure, but I think that ESPN also report

Not sure about that statement, Miles stated he is the coach at LSU but you have to wonder when he comments without actually saying he would be at LSU next year and more importantly has not signed the new agreement with LSU.

They don't do it intentionally. It is done to try and "outscoop" other sports reporters and be the first to "break the news." It is done on election night as each network tries to be the "first" to declare a winner even though they can be wrong. None do it intentionally, but unfortunately they are wrong at times. In this case, some insider probably leaked something to ESPN which took it from there. I HATE leaks from insiders as you can't trust anyone you tell in "confidance." Remember, a secret can be kept between two people, only if one is dead.

Why not? i'm going to continually remember approximately the seems on the followers faces at that Michigan interest. Do you have any concept how enormous you adult adult males at the instant are in usual Ohio? I see App State shirts everywhere now. LSU is plenty greater effective than Michigan is and or replaced into yet something can take place. bypass App State!

How did they report a lie?
They reported the truth and Les Miles had to do something or his whole team would walk out on him.
Les Miles has a press conference schedule in Michigan on Monday morning...wonder what it will be about

People are acting like Miles said DEFINITELY he is staying at LSU...Miles didn't say anything about not going to Michigan...He just said he is trying to get LSU ready for the national championship...
Translation: He's gone after the national championship game...
