but it has not worked last month, hardly used it and have receipt can i get my money back

Moat places won't refund electronice after 30 days; especially one that isn't working.

On the receipt (probably on the back) it should have the stores policy on returning merchandise. Usually stores will return things up to 90 days but some are only 30 days.
If you can't find out on the receipt than just call, the worse thing that could happen is they'd tell you no.
If you used a credit card sometimes they will have a guarantee.

some stores only have a 30 day period to return items -
what is the policy for your store?
may have to have warranty work done to get it fixed
hopefully that's a year for your printer
