No IT'S JUST ME. Anger tells us something is wrong inside.
It is an emotion. To have an emotion, one must first have a thought. What we choose to do with that can be good or bad.
Anger can be stuffed, inflicted upon others, or inflicted upon ourselves. Personally, I pick up a stone and when no one is looking-I throw it to the ground as I yell-"Take That!" Sometimes I throw it more than once to the ground. Pretty soon I am happy again. Write it down-why you are angry if you know. I sit alone too when I am angry until my storm passes. I give myself about one minute to sit and steam. Then I go for a walk or get out of myself. Hope this helps.

Yeah, but since I was raped, I just let my friends go do it for me. Great revenge allthough I dont usually condone that type of thing. I allready had a reputation in the town I was in and so I knew I wouldnt be able to go after him legally without making everything worse so my friends who saw the huge bruises and knew I was thrown out of the place after being beat up stark naked and had to knock on strangers doors for clothes and had to wear this guys huge tshirt and boxers and flip flops as I bussed myself back home...should have called an ambulance but I took a shower * big nono and ran home like a baby, and screwed my ability to prosecute all to hell so they went after him and messed up his classic mustang, smashed in the windows and all kinds of nasty things...I think I can live with that as payback. Enough said.

NO!!!! Only spineless cowards do crap like that. I confront the person face to face. By the way, if the person in that video was her husband, then that's one thing. If the guy who's vehicle she just smashed with the bat is just a boyfriend, he needs to sue her for damages. If any girlfriend of mine ever did that to any of my possessions, I would sue her for every cent she had!!! She would be standing on a street corner with a little tin cup when I got finished with her!!!

I have thought of doing that a couple of times but mostly when I see a beautiful woman or teen girl being harrassed or something, thats when I get even.

yes i have. but never happened. omg the great feeling i would have. so much relief, and i would keep hamering the car too, till i felt like i was not angry anymore. id yell and scream and all that. all the windows knocked out... yea.
