There are no Democrats with real experience. Were Hillary's last name anything other than Clinton, she would have been laughed out a long time ago. But I would guess the long term Senators running would be the most experienced. That would not include Obama, or Edwards.
On the Republican side, Mike Huckabee was Governor of Arkansas, and of course Rudy was major of New York. Then you have Fred Thompson, and John McCain, both with Senate experience.
Individually, I don't know if any candidate is "loaded" with experience, but overall, I believe there is more experience on the Republican side.
I tried to answer your question with no regard to my personal feelings. In fact, my choice is not on the top of these lists.

The only one that has experience that even comes close to being president is Senator Clinton because she was First Lady for eight years. Now if Vice President Gore entered the race, he would be the one with the most experience to step into the President's job.
