Yes, Tampa bay Bucs in 1977 ore something lost all 14 regular season games. Since schedule includes 16 games (from 90') no team has lost them all! 4 or 5 went 1-15... hop Miami can get 1 win, they came close a couple of times and don't deserve a 0-16 record!

The Bucs were the last team to lose all their games going 0-14 in 1976. There were I am pretty sure 5 total that did it.
