Mars has two moons Deimos and Phobos. They were first discovered by Asaph Hall in 1877, and named after the gods of war; fear (Phobos) and panic (Deimos). They are both quite irregular in shape, and covered with impact craters like most of the small satellites and asteroids in the Solar system.

It is exactly 2.Named Phobos and Deimos. Its 2 Moons are maybe the smallest moons in the Solar System. If Astronauts go ther they will float for 15 minutes, then they will land on the surface. And its surface is soo black like a charcoal. And that is because of the other asteroind impaced on it.

reminds me of the early Soviet moon shots. They actually had to admit... "We missed the Moon."
