A criminal defense lawyer. You should know they cost a lot of money. They charge by the hour, so be prepared to lay out a ton of money.
For a referral, call your local bar association, explain your siutation and ask them to suggest someone.
your first question should be, how much per hour?

You have a criminal case (assult of a coworker) and a civil issue (sue the union and company). You might need to ask around for a lawyer who has adequate civil and criminal experience. You definitely don't need a specialist in some limited law practice.
For instance, one of my dear friends is a specialist in the legal process of drawing up property and deed transfers for which there is no controversy. She can make the transfer happen very fast - and since she charges by the hour, also very cheap. But she never does trials. She gives all of the controversial cases to her dad.

You might consider not totally sticking it to the union if you want keep working the same job. If you are really innocent, try to work it out with them first. Surely they have some way for you to appeal for their support. I don't really know anything about union stuff though.
Just contact an attorney, preferably not one that makes a fool out of him or her self with idiotic commercials. If you are defending yourself against criminal charges, and it appears that you are, then get a criminal attorney first and foremost. If he or she doesn't want do the other stuff you require (like suing these other people) then he or she will refer you to someone who can, maybe one with employment law experience. An attorney will advise you on your best course of action, which may or may not involve suing everyone.
Good luck clearing your name, it's sad to see someone getting screwed by false accusations.

It relies upon. the worldwide isn't black and white. of course if a woman is falsely accusing human beings of rape each and all the time she could be held to blame. yet what if she accuses somebody of rape and while it finally is composed of trial they are deemed harmless. I advise rape is a reasonably no longer effortless element to coach. till the boys **** is throughout her that's somewhat basically she pronounced vs he pronounced. So I think of many rapists who do bypass to trial bypass loose... and clearly you won't be able to punish somebody for our shitty criminal equipment
