15 = k
s = k/t
s = 15/5
s = 3

Again, there is not enough information.
s = kt + c
5 = 3k + c

Are you going to assume k = 1 or that c = 0?

k = 1 means gradient is 1.
c = 0 means the line passes through the origin.
