Im doing a level psychology at school and this was mentioned. I might as well just quote the textbook.
"Less well known are the monthly rhythms affecting males. In one study, 21 male participants had their body temperature and mood measured over periods varying from 49 to 102 days. The study found some evidence for a periodic variation of both body temperature and subjective ratings of morning alertness, with a cycle length of approximately 20m days (Empson, 1977)."
Can anyone expand on that with any interesting information?
Personally i would like to add, another monthly rhythm that affects males is the female menstruation cycle :P
