feeling ! it has to be because you look at alot of people and sometimes they just look like they are full of hot air. not sex appeal

Sexy is definately the look. How you gonna feel someone if you cant get past that face?
But I suppose if I think someone LOOKS sexy, and I told them so, it might make them FEEL sexy.
