Just rember that adding and substracting is what you do last.
Example: So for your above question you should do -9x6 first...write down that answer. Then do 7 x -3 wrtie down the answer...and then when you have both answers written down add them youll have -54 + -21 . Now i know it looks weird to have a plus sign there. But its the same as -54-21. Good luck
